Abstracts:
Abstracts are due on the 27th of November 9th of December, 2023. Everyone must submit an abstract in order to present at the conference. Those wanting to be eligible for paper awards, and be included in the proceedings MUST select either Abstract + Full Paper Oral Submission OR Abstract + Full Paper Poster Submission to be considered to submit a full paper.
You will then have until the 26th of Jan, once you’ve been accepted, to complete and submit your paper.
If you select Abstract Only Oral Presentation, you will not be invited to submit a full paper, and will not be eligible for any paper awards, neither included in the conference proceedings.

If you choose to submit to a regular session, please select 2 -4 topics to go with your submission.
